AIZeryn sends marketing or informational email communications only to individuals who have affirmatively opted in or otherwise provided consent where required by applicable law.

Consent is not required to visit the website, contact AIZeryn, or purchase anything. No purchase is necessary to subscribe, and AIZeryn does not sell anything through the website at this time.

• Not require information beyond what is reasonably necessary to process the request;
• Not require multiple steps beyond those reasonably necessary to complete the request; and

AIZeryn will process unsubscribe requests as soon as reasonably practicable and in no event later than 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

7. Suppression List

When you unsubscribe, AIZeryn will add your email address to a suppression list to ensure that we do not send you future marketing communications.

AIZeryn will not sell, rent, or transfer an unsubscribed email address to another party for that party's marketing purposes. Following an unsubscribe request, AIZeryn will delete the active subscriber record within 30 days, subject to technical limitations, legal obligations, legitimate recordkeeping needs, and the need to maintain a suppression record to prevent future marketing emails.

Email engagement information may be retained only as reasonably necessary for email administration, security, compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes, consistent with AIZeryn's Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Practices

AIZeryn does not knowingly:

• Use harvested, purchased, or unlawfully obtained email addresses for marketing;
• Use deceptive sender information or subject lines;
• Continue sending marketing emails after a valid unsubscribe request has been processed;
• Require a purchase as a condition of subscribing; or
• Sell or rent subscriber email addresses for marketing purposes.

11. Compliance With Applicable Law

AIZeryn intends to comply with applicable email marketing and anti-spam laws, including the federal Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003, commonly known as the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state privacy and consumer-protection requirements.

12. Relationship to the Privacy Policy

The collection, use, disclosure, protection, and deletion of personal information are also governed by the AIZeryn Website Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between this policy and the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy will control unless applicable law requires otherwise.
